Roles & Responsibilities

• Solve complex business problems with specific focus on Big Picture to drive robustness of the solution

• Work with data and business intelligence analysts to create insights and storyboard the same for the consumption of business users
• Act as a translator between the business users and data /BI teams
• Document requirements in use case form
• Defining the approach to the analytics project implementation
• Develop source to target data mappings capturing business rules and logic for supporting the analytic process
• Identify opportunities for business process redesign and improvement
• Establish, coordinate, document and maintain data procedures, processes, and policies that enhance data integrity and quality
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of business analysis work experience
