Role: Manager - Product Marketing
We are looking for an experienced product marketer to drive the business and go-to-market strategy to support the rapid growth of Secure ID. This includes owning the product marketing strategy for our identity verification and risk intelligence suite, creating compelling messaging for compliance and fraud prevention use cases, launching new features, enabling sales teams, and partnering with marketing and revenue to target BFSI decision makers. The ideal candidate will have deep prior experience in identity verification, fraud prevention, or compliance technology.
What we expect from you :
Go to market - Define use cases, product messaging and positioning, value propositions, and customer profiles to showcase the value of our identity verification and risk intelligence platform
Become a subject matter expert in KYC, document verification, and fraud prevention with an in-depth understanding of BFSI compliance requirements, regulatory frameworks, and the specific challenges BFSI face
Partner closely with product management to ensure we are delivering end-to-end identity verification solutions that meet customer needs and execute world-class product and feature launches
Deliver key messages that enable our marketing team to execute high-quality digital campaigns targeting compliance officers, risk managers, and fintech product teams
Drive the core message and strategy for customer-facing materials from whitepapers to demo videos to technical pitch decks working closely with content creators
Thought leadership - Represent Secure ID at fintech conferences, BFSI events, and in presentations to build awareness for our identity verification and fraud prevention solutions
What you bring to the table :
4-6 years of product marketing, solutions marketing or product management experience at an enterprise-focused fintech, regtech, or identity verification company, preferably at a growth stage
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills with proven ability to create compelling technical and business messaging
Proven track record of marketing to highly technical audiences including developers, compliance officers, and risk management teams within financial institutions
Deep understanding of identity verification, KYC processes, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance in BFSI sector
Proven ability to think strategically about competitive positioning, prioritize ruthlessly, and execute independently in fast-moving environments
Project management skills to manage multiple product launches and campaigns in a dynamic startup environment
Prior experience with API marketing, developer relations, or technical product positioning would be a plus
Always willing to roll up your sleeves and get scrappy - this is a fintech startup after all!
