Opportunity: Manager Product Management

What You'll Do

Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle for our SaaS product, from ideation and discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and feature definition, influencing every aspect of how the product is designed, built, and successfully launched. Create clear and comprehensive use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements that articulate product functionality and guide development teams. Identify, prioritize, and deliver product improvements that enhance usability, performance, and overall customer experience. Take ownership of both product definition and execution, ensuring features are delivered as envisioned and aligned with business goals. Leverage AI and AI-driven approaches to identify opportunities, enhance product capabilities, improve decision-making, and deliver smarter, more personalized user experiences. Work cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure high-quality, timely releases of product features and enhancements.

Who Will Be a Good Fit

10+ years of relevant experience in product management or software implementation, with a proven track record of delivering successful products. Strong background in software engineering, combined with hands-on experience in product management roles. Prior experience managing a product throughout its complete lifecycle, from concept to scale. A passion for data-driven decision making, with the ability to dive deep into data and derive meaningful insights. Demonstrated experience in building, managing, or enhancing AI-powered products, or applying an AI-driven approach to product discovery, development, and delivery. Experience working with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms. Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset with a willingness to do whatever it takes to ensure execution excellence. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate business problems and propose effective, well-structured solutions. Prior work experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
