Shift-

8.5 hours

Working Days-

2nd and 4th Saturday off and all Sundays off.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement of raw materials, chemicals, and packaging items from domestic and international suppliers Manage end-to-end

import operations

, including vendor negotiations, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and stores to avoid stockouts or overstocking Evaluate vendor performance and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards Collaborate with finance and accounts for timely payments, LC handling, and duty calculations Stay updated on international trade regulations, import duties, and compliance requirements Support

export operations

when required, including documentation and coordination with freight forwarders

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field Minimum

8-15 years

of experience in

purchase and import operations

Strong understanding of

import documentation

customs procedures

, and

logistics

Familiarity with

export documentation

and international trade practices (preferred) Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay: ?450,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
