Overview:


Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to increase revenue, maximize processefficiency & cost-effectiveness, and ensure excellent customerexperience, through effective leadership and supervision of dailyoperations and personnel, strategy planning, contract compliance,resource optimization and capability development for an account.

  • Procure to Pay vision, strategy, end state outcomes, SLAs, and target KPIs
  • Lead the design authority for all relevant processes and policies
  • Develop, document and monitor the RACI of the P2P process and controls, holding people to account on commitments and deliverables
  • Design and implement standard end-to-end process designs and new ways of working
  • Champion and drive a strong culture of continuous improvements
  • Work across Client to embed changes to P2P processes within the business, always ensuring a robust control environment is maintained
  • Review performance of the P2P process, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities (including automation) based on customer needs, best practices, industry benchmarks and emerging market trends
