Balance cost control with maintaining product quality.
Troubleshooting & Problem Solving
Resolve production issues such as machine breakdowns or workflow disruptions.
Work with maintenance team to minimize downtime.
Address root causes of recurring problems to prevent future issues.
Process Improvement
Continuously evaluate and improve production processes.
Adopt new knitting technologies and automation for efficiency.
Drive initiatives to reduce waste and enhance product quality.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor supervisors, operators, and support staff.
Conduct performance reviews and provide training for skill development.
Maintain accurate records of production, quality, and costs.
