The Manager - Process & Operations will play a critical role in establishing a structured, efficient, and scalable operational framework across the organization. This position focuses on policy formulation, process optimization, project execution, and cross-functional coordination to support business growth, particularly in sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, process excellence, and leadership skills to drive operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities1. Policy & SOP Development
Develop, review, and implement internal policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
Continuously assess and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
2. Process Standardization
Design and standardize core operational workflows across sales, inventory, logistics, after-sales, finance, and related functions.
Ensure consistent implementation of processes across departments to maintain operational excellence.
3. Project Management
Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives such as channel restructuring, system implementations, and process improvement projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
4. Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Define, monitor, and analyze key operational KPIs and performance metrics.
Identify gaps, generate actionable insights, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, HR, and Logistics teams to ensure effective policy execution.
Act as a liaison between departments and senior management to enable smooth workflows and clear communication.
6. Risk, Policy & Compliance Control
Ensure organization-wide adherence to operational policies, internal controls, and compliance standards.
Identify operational risks and implement control mechanisms to minimize exposure and enhance accountability.
Ensure compliance with internal guidelines as well as applicable external regulations.
7. Training & Enforcement
Conduct training programs and workshops to ensure staff understanding and adherence to operational standards.
Monitor compliance and reinforce process discipline across teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or a related field.

Strong understanding of systems, IT infrastructure, and business applications.
Expertise in process optimization, automation, and SOP development.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/CRM systems, and other business tools.

Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Fluency in English and Malayalam (mandatory).
Experience

Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM platforms and enterprise-level operational tools.
