End results- To reduce the manufacturing cost. Action-Reduction in tooling consumption cost. Means of achievement-Monitor the tool consumption pattern Reduce the insert. consumption by improving the incoming material machinability Control the damages. Method improvements and implementation of the economical tooling solutions. Action-High customer satisfaction. Means of achievements-Adherence to the customer schedule Gather the customer. dissatisfaction points and take the corrective actions Maintain the required quality. stand ards Fulfil the customer requirements as and when arises.
