Job Description
:
Objective: To Manage IT Budget, Contracts and partner for new requirements as well as ongoing requirements in effective manner to ensure 100% compliance and good service levels to key stakeholders (IT Team, BSS & Other Functions)

Job Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Support in BP activity and Managing cost with-in BP
- Monthly and Yearly P&L
- Understanding the details of numbers and importance of accuracy
- Partners payment on time
- Payments control - No duplicate payments
- Contract Renewal
- RFA
- New Contracts finalization
- Purchasing finalization with Procurement
- PR/PO process
- Zonal Co-ordination for cost and purchases
- Partner P&L and accounting statement
- Timely payment without escalation
- Contacts, SOW, MSA Renewal on time
- New requirements
- Working with Legal, Finance, Procurement, BSS and Zones to deliver above requirements as per HCCB compliance process
- Understanding the services details and accordingly driving the closure
- Meetings with key stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure 100% execution of activities as per HCCB compliance process
- Managing the cost in an effective manner
- Managing the compliance in an effective manner
- Managing the Partner in an effective manner
- Managing the support to business in an effective manner for new projects and ongoing services
Direct Reports: 0
Geographical Scope: All CBO
Reports To: Chief Technology Officer
Key Customers: IT Team, BSS, Finance and Partners
Internal Customers: IT Team, BSS, Finance
External Customers: Partners
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Graduation with finance degree preferable (No- CA)
Experience: Min 8 - 10 years
Functional Skills: Finance, XLS, General IT understand would be an added advantage, Partner Management
Travel: 5%
