Practice Unit Infosys BPM Legal Process Management LPM The Manager Privacy Data Protection is responsible for supporting the client organization s data protection strategy ensuring compliance with global data protection laws e g GDPR and serving as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities This role involves strategic oversight policy development risk management and cross functional collaboration to embed in a culture of data privacy and protection The role will require both a Legal domain expertise in Privacy Data Protection and practitioner experience combined with Legal and Technology We are looking at motivated outgoing and dynamic individual in managing and delivering the Data Privacy and Data Protection projects including Gen AI Excellent Knowledge and enriched experience including exposure in managing contractual and regulatory compliance Litigation support Matter Management and Legal Research solutions for multi geo and multi industry clients Job Responsibilities include Primary Experience Managing data protection matters helping Customer s Data Protection Officer DPO team to ensure compliance with the relevant legislative requirements including but not limited to those of GDPR the Data Protection Acts the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the ePrivacy Regulations Direct interaction with client and its customers on Data Protection cases Assist Customer in responding to complaints from the authorities and support in investigations and gathering information Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments DPIAs and audits Oversee the Data Protection Unit DPU and manage its operations and staff Support responses to data breaches and coordinate with legal and IT teams Data Privacy Office for data protection procedures Develop and manage Customer s ongoing maturity program for compliance tracking of compliance improvement activities Assessing impact of changing regulatory environment and making recommendations for improvement Experience in working on GDPR Data Protection Act 2018 preferred CCPA and other Data Privacy compliances Draft and update internal data protection policies procedures and guidelines Maintain privacy KPIs and SLAs Provide support in the management of data protection related policies internal guidelines and materials developing training materials Platform experience One Trust BigID Osano and DataGrail etc Secondary Experience Knowledge of various legal ops and litigation support projects including Subpoena Legal Hold garnishment eDiscovery and Document Review end to end Contract Management including contractual risk analysis contractual legal compliance project Managing Teams client operations and governance with Stakeholder management Managing the quality and SLA adherence Review and responding to RFI RFP and creating effort estimation and briefing presentations Brin
