About The Company:ARA's Client is a leading IT Infrastructure and Digital Transformation Services provider in India. With a legacy of enabling critical IT ecosystems, we specialize in Core Infrastructure Management, Hybrid Cloud, Cybersecurity, Cloud Data Management, and Hyper automation (including Runbook and Process Automation). The Role:Presales Manager to support and drive our IT Infrastructure System Integration business (Managed services). In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, OEMs, and customers to build compelling solution proposals that span across multi-layered IT infrastructure services. You will play a critical role in crafting winning strategies, technical solutioning, and positioning as a preferred digital transformation partner.Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements; translate them into robust, scalable solution architectures.- Design integrated solutions across Compute, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Security, and Hybrid Cloud (AWS, Azure).- Own the end-to-end presales process - including proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations, and solution defence.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal) and external partners (OEMs, Distributors) to validate solutions and pricing.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and offerings.- Support bid management, effort estimation, BOQ/SOW creation, and commercial structuring.- Conduct client-facing demos, workshops, and POCs as required.- Build strong relationships with clients to establish technical credibility and long-term trust.Skills Required:- 12-15 years of experience in Presales, Solution Design, or Technical Consulting for IT Infrastructure services.- Proven expertise across DC Infra (Compute, Storage, Backup, Virtualization), Networking, Security, and Public Cloud (AWS, Azure).- Prior exposure to Managed Services, Automation, and Cybersecurity solutioning preferred.- Strong analytical and business acumen to align technology with customer needs.- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.- Ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology / IT (mandatory); MBA (preferred).- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, VMware, Cisco, Dell, HP, etc.) are strongly desirable.Qualifications & Experience:- Qualification: Any Graduate- Experience: 12-15 years of experience in Presales, Solution Design, or Technical Consulting for IT Infrastructure services.- It is a Work from Office with 5 5-day working week - General shift (ref:updazz.com)
