This role involves engaging with clients to understand their business needs, crafting customized solutions, and working collaboratively with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams to ensure successful deal closures.The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in BPO operations, pre-sales lifecycle management, and a strong grasp of client engagement strategies across global markets.Key Responsibilities: Pre-Sales Management :- Lead the end-to-end pre-sales cycle including requirement gathering, solution design, proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing strategy.- Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to qualify leads across BPO verticals such as Voice/Non-Voice, F&A, Customer Support, and KPO.- Create solution blueprints, business presentations, and client demos to communicate clear and compelling value propositions.Solution Development & Delivery Enablement :- Work with delivery, operations, and technology teams to develop scalable and cost-efficient BPO service models.- Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery through detailed documentation and due diligence.- Support partner/channel enablement efforts by designing tailored pitches and solution demonstrations.Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership :- Track competitor activity, market dynamics, and industry trends to shape solution positioning and pricing.- Develop and maintain a repository of case studies, whitepapers, and customer success stories.- Create marketing collateral, capability decks, and sales toolkits to support ongoing BPO solution selling.Key Skills & Qualifications:- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales roles, with at least 4 years focused on BPO solutioning and enablement.- Strong understanding of BPO delivery models, transition strategies, and commercial constructs (FTE-based, transaction-based, outcome-based models).- Proven expertise in solution articulation, bid/proposal development, pricing, and cost modeling.- Familiarity with digital BPO technologies: RPA, AI/ML, workflow automation, CRM platforms, and cloud solutions.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and engage C-level stakeholders.- Strong analytical and consultative selling skills; capable of creating compelling business cases.- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.- Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.Educational & Professional Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.- Certifications in Sales Enablement, Lean/Six Sigma, or Pre-Sales Excellence will be an added advantage.Special Requirements:Location: Maharashtra (Mumbai, Thane, Pune)Employment Type: Full-timeReporting To: Director - Sales & Business DevelopmentExperience Range: 8 to 15 years (with core focus on BPO Pre-Sales Enablement)Compensation: Competitive; aligned with experience and industry benchmarks (ref:updazz.com)
