Joining- Immediate/ 15 DaysExperience: 4+ YearsResponsibilities- Handle end-to-end bid and tendering activities for AVSS projects.- Prepare, review, and submit tenders through CPP and GeM portals in compliance with guidelines.- Coordinate with sales, technical, and finance teams for timely and accurate bid submissions.- Prepare commercial proposals, BOQs, cost sheets, and quotations.- Manage sales order processing, invoicing, and customer documentation.- Draft official letters, emails, and contractual communication with clients and government authorities.- Track tender timelines, clarifications, corrigendum, and bid status.- Support the sales team with pre-sales documentation, presentations, and client interactions.- Maintain and update tender records, bid documents, and compliance files.Required Skills- 4+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Bid Management, or Tendering.- Strong knowledge of Bid Preparation, Tendering, CPP Portal, and GeM Portal.- Experience in Sales Order Processing and Invoicing.- Excellent letter drafting, documentation, and communication skills.- Fluent in English (written and verbal).- Ability to manage multiple bids, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.- Good understanding of commercial and contractual documentation.- Good to have -Technical background or exposure to AVSS or security systems.- Experience with security equipment such as X-Ray, ETD, UVSS, CCTV, or Access Control Systems.- Strong presentation and customer interaction skills.- Dynamic, adaptable, and eager to learn new technical skills (ref:updazz.com)
