Key Responsibilities:

+

Understanding and internalising the cost and revenue aspects of the card program as given by Network partners.

+

Negotiation with Program managers on various aspects of card launch.

+ Design and develop end-to-end prepaid forex card product in alignment with business objectives.
+ Manage the launch process including coordination with banking partners, networks (Visa/MasterCard ).
+ Oversee operations of prepaid card program, ensuring smooth processing, issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
+ Work closely with compliance, risk, finance and technology teams to ensure program meet regulatory standards.
+ Analyze performance data to optimize the prepaid card offering and recommend enhancements.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in the digital payments and prepaid space.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ 3-5 years of experience specifically in prepaid card product lifecycle - design, implementation, and operations.
+ Strong understanding of card payment systems, BIN sponsorship, program management platforms, and digital issuance.
+ Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
+ Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, RBI guidelines in India).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
