Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

With good skills for Co-ordination, execution with different CFT teams

With ability of managing big shop floor team

Ensure quality of domestic & export Tractors through Process audits of Tractor Assembly and Paint shop & PTCED shop & export shop

Understanding of basic assembly process, criticality in process & product.

Good knowledge of final product

Good customer relations

Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure.

Experience in Quality assurance function in final product

Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.

Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.

Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.

Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process,

Exposure to Quality management systems
