Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Outgoing Quality of Engines from manufactured plant, release periodic reports, and issues reduction. Conformity of production (COP) Engine certification within time frame. Outgoing Engine build Quality through robust product Audit plan. Global Demerit, Product Audits, Dock Audits. Vehicle plant, 0 and 1 MIS correct concern analysis and robust action planning & concern reduction. Responsible for overall Metrology lab, Millipore lab daily operations and Equipment's, release period reports. Overall Lead for Quick Concern Resolution Team (QCRT) and concern closure. Plant Lead for ISO, IATF, Certification and internal Audits. Plant Quality system in charge & approver for all process related changes. Improve product and process through benchmarking, Deterioration, Long Duration Testing & Cut Section Study. Drive Quality culture in plant and proactive system correction identification. New project implementation and change management system lead.
