Production Planning & Control (PPC) Manager or Engineer

Ability to prepare production planning, and monitor and optimize

Production Scheduling

Material Requirement Planning (MRP)

Inventory management to

ensuring smooth production flow.

Inventory management, BOM updates.

Coordinate with respective department for manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to production plan.

Plan and allocate Man power, Material, Machines as per PPC norms.

Coordinate with production team for manufacturing process, operations in house, job work,

To identify, shortages or excess stock during production.

Ensure smooth production planning and execution while optimizing inventory levels and aligning operations within delivery schedule.

Plan and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.

Monitor closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure availability of raw materials and components as per production schedules.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage and operations planning, processes to align production schedule.

Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of orders.

Maintain compliance with safety, quality standards in all planning and execution activities and operational efficiency as per plan.

and ensure timely deliveries

Prepare despatch schedule and monitor plan vs. actual performance daily / shift wise to ensure production as per commitment plan.

Analyze production delay or failures due to machines breakdown and collaborate with process and manufacturing teams to implement corrective actions for quality improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Age: 30-38 Years

Experience : 5-10 years in Sheet metal Fabrication

Proven experience in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.

Strong understanding of sheet metal manufacturing process and operations planning.

Knowledge of systems related to production planning and inventory management, PPT presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, coordination.
