control & own all channels businesses. \xd0\xa5 Recruit

manage & build a productive team of Off Roll employees \xd0\xa5 Maintain delinquency on the portfolio

in line with the Product Segment. \xd0\xa5 Take Care of customer Escalations and Complaint \xd0\xa5 Monitor & measure key conversion

productivity & data penetration metrics \xd0\xa5 Effectively engage with Credit

Operations & Risk teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- \xd0\xa5 Graduates with relevant experience of 2-3 prior work experience of Direct or Channel sales in loans. Experience in Insurance will be an added advantage.
\xd0\xa5 Excellent Team Handling and problem resolving ability.

\xd0\xa5 Ability to Recruit FOS through different channels.

\xd0\xa5 Good hands on experience and knowhow for working on Data Management and MS Office.

\xd0\xa5 A good team leader to handle the team and achieve the set target.

\xd0\xa5 Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self starter.
