Job Summary . Manager - PL - COE Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Personal Loan Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - Duties and Responsibilities :: . Create and own product roadmap and manage product release cycles. . Closely track industry trends and adapt strategy accordingly. . Own and drive the strategic roadmap and development in business specific solutions . Work with PMs in other solutions for cross leveraging features and capabilities . Engage with variety of stakeholders- business teams technical team to determine business requirements and technical considerations . Manage product backlog and sprint priority including creating user stories. . Work closely with the architects and engineering team on solution design and execution according to business needs. Required Qualifications and Experience . 1. Qualifications Post Graduates with relevant experience of experience of 8-10 years may apply) Project Management, Digital Innovation, worked in NBFC, Financial Startup Or Banks and Good Analytical & problem solving skills or experience or similar role in cross functional team. . 2. Experience in a product role and or a Head Office role can be an added strength. . Scrupulous attention to detail . Global thinker who performs well in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment . Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills . Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, that can be applied at all levels . Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter. . Hands own knowledge of data modelling and other analytics tools would be an added advantage. . Good knowledge of MS-Office is a must. 3. UI/UX/Web & App journey end to end solutioning and wireframes design.
