Manage day-to-day operations across Business Development, Customer Support, Logistics Teams.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for operational deviations and define corrective/preventive actions.
Support capacity planning, manpower allocation, and cost optimization using data insights.
Present performance insights and improvement roadmaps to senior leadership.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
Work towards achieving sales targets by driving growth across e-commerce platforms.
Analyse sales data, identify trends, and propose strategies to increase conversion.
Implement promotional campaigns and measure ROI for different channels and geographies.
3. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:
Co-ordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch.
Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth order fulfilment and returns management.
5. Reporting & Analytics:
Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports.
Track KPIs including AOV, conversion rate, return rate, and customer feedback.
Provide actionable insights to management to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
4+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce (D2C).
Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Shiprocket, CRM, etc
Key Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, data analytics, and dashboarding tools.
Self-starter with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
