Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Analyze campaign performance to improve CPL, ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.
Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
Develop robust audience strategies, including interest-based targeting, lookalikes, and retargeting.
Collaborate with creative teams to build high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, platform updates, algorithms, and digital advertising best practices.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking setup.
Expertise in bid management, keyword research, and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
Experience managing e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B marketing campaigns.
