Key responsibilities:
Campaign management: Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns across various channels.
Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign data to measure performance against key metrics.
Optimization: Continuously test and optimize campaigns through A/B testing to maximize results and minimize costs.
Budget management: Allocate and manage marketing spend to ensure budgets are spent effectively to meet campaign objectives.
Reporting and strategy: Create regular reports on campaign performance and communicate insights and recommendations to the team to inform future strategies.
Analytical skills: A strong ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and use them to make data-driven decisions.
Technical proficiency: Expertise with performance marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and social media ad platforms.
Communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate results, insights, and strategies to management.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues with underperforming ads or campaigns and develop solutions & inform management.
