Performance Marketing Manager- FMCG Company

Role Objectives: To help organization achieve business goals by driving sales on brand websites and online marketplaces
Role Responsibilities:

1) Candidate should be well versed in handling performance marketing campaigns on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram) , Google Platforms, YouTube as well as E-Com ( Amazon AMS, Flipkart etc )

2) Must have had the experience of handling at least 10 lakhs monthly budget.

3) Must be proficient in planning monthly/quarterly/annual media spends and executing and optimizing campaigns accordingly so as to drive growth, improve ROAS and reduce CAC

4) Must be proficient in tools/platforms like Google Analytics/Search Console, Merchant Centre, Google Ads Platform, AMS, FB Business Manager, YouTube etc.

5) Candidate should able to plan, review and modify manage performance campaigns on online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart etc.)

7) Candidate should be able to understand the overall consumer journey and provide improvement suggestions to reduce bounce rate and improve conversion rate on website

8) Candidate should be able to manage a team of media buyers

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in Performance Marketing on agency + client side.

- Should have good understanding of data analytics including working on Excel, Reading Data & Processing information

- Extensive knowledge of FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, Amazon Advertising (AMS), Amazon Display, Flipkart ADP and Flipkart PLA, Google Ads

- Preferably an MBA
