Overview: We are looking for a creative, sharp, analytical, data driven and motivated digital marketer to lead our marketing team. This role reports directly to the CMO
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CMO to drive performance marketing campaigns to acquire customers
- Lead a team to build and scale cost efficient paid digital and App campaigns spanning multiple channels and objectives
- Drive end to end Campaign planning, execution, optimization, implementing UTM codes
- Build processes to streamline Optimization, Campaign Management, Analytics activities
- Plan, analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to ensure profitable and efficient acquisition of customers
- Lead a team to develop daily/ weekly dashboard on performance of campaigns including spend, clicks, conversions, CAC and other metrics for all marketing channels supported by campaign optimization POA
- Track marketing effectiveness, uncover insights, and proactively share recommendations
- Staying informed on performance marketing trends in the industry and pushing the learning and implementation of relevant tools and strategies within the performance marketing team
- Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising and drive the team to learn and implement them where appropriate
- Plan for overall acquisition budget keeping in mind Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and potential LTV of acquired users
- Driving insights and constant improvement to achieve overall targets for the team
- Create and execute (hands-on) marketing strategies which will include campaigns on digital channels - primarily SEO, SEM/paid search, partnerships & alliances etc.
- Define and execute performance marketing efforts through paid search/Google Ads, paid social (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), affiliate channels, influencers and programmatic display to identify and drive cost-effective lead generation and user acquisition
- Proactively elevate and unify the digital presence for Fintech while delivering measurable results from digital channels and putting together strategies, programs and campaigns
- Build creative lifecycle marketing programs to help activate and retain users
- Use data driven decision making to keep ROI on top of mind. Work with product to activate newly acquired leads into lifelong customers
- Maximize reach and efficiency for the company\'s product offerings by strategically adding new, scalable partners

- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and strategies within the digital first economy. Ability to develop new and innovative marketing campaigns to adapt to the modern market

- Forward-thinking and highly collaborative with balance of left and right brain thinking (analytical and creative)
Qualifications and Experience Required :
- A Master\'s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent
- 10+ years\' experience in digital marketing for campaign management and optimization
- 5 + years experience managing a team of at least 10 people
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in running ads across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and mobile affiliates to acquire new users.
- Experience with Appsflyer, Google Analytics, GTM, DSPs, Google Campaign Studio and Clevertap
- Proven ability to build and allocate campaign budgets and forecasts
- Excellent research, writing and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
