Mandatory Criteria:- At least 3-5 years of experience in managing Facebook Ads campaigns.- Candidate Must have managed 25 Lacs of budget on META specifically ( Facebook , LinkedIn , Intsagram)- Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices- Core experience with companies of a Digital-first nature.- Must ave experience with D2C companies. - Must have scaled budgets and campaigns efficiently over time.- Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads platforms- Experience in optimizing campaigns for lead generation and conversions- Familiarity with campaign budget management- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage a team of 5-6 people- Strong communication and presentation skills- Facebook Ads certifications are a plus.Your contribution to the team:- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns on Facebook ad platforms.- Work closely with the marketing team to understand our business objectives and marketing goals.- Develop and execute effective Ad campaign strategies.- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.- Create compelling ad copy and visual assets.- Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively.- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.- Provide regular reports and analyses to the founder on campaign performance.
