Training Manager
Responsibilities
:
Coordinate with ops team and ensure all new hire LPs are shared with TSSC for upload
Ensure all LP PKTs are conducted on
iLearn
and LTO are closed for New Hires as per the planned schedule
Publish New Hire Dashboard with stakeholders (Fortnightly/ Monthly)
Escalate in case of any pending beyond defined timelines
Overall governance of LP/LTO Management for the account
Share schedule with Ops team
Finalize the number of PKTs and eligible list with ops team
Ensure opts teams shares the PKTs (Question Paper - PKT Template) with TSSC for upload before the scheduled timeline
Work with ops team on TNI for Failure/ Low scoring cases and ensure the reassessment are uploaded for the respective employees
Coordinate with TSSC for PKT Dashboard
Publish Dashboard with stakeholder (Monthly/ Quarterly)
Ops team to ensure Cross Training details are updated via MS Team/ Share Point (common shared platform)
Consolidation of Cross Training data and validation
Publish the dashboard with stakeholder (Monthly)
Ops team to ensure SOP Data is updated by the teams via MS Team/ Share Point (common shared platform)
Publish the dashboard with stakeholder (Monthly)
Random Audit of SOPs on exceptions & query Tracker (quarterly report out along with SOP dashboard)
Calibrate the Process Trainers on KM Pillars and their role against each
Monthly connect with Process Trainer - to review the health of KM for respective account and way forward
Perform all audit connected to Knowledge Management practices for the account/s aligned to
Would be responsible to drive and
maintain
high standards
of KM for aligned account or accounts
Drive Digital tool implementation within Accounts and coordinate with Ops SMEs/Genpact leadership
Facilitate Internal and External Audit by sharing the required evidence as and when
required
Frequent connect with Process trainers/ FLMs and Respective Leads to update on the progress of KM activities and highlight any challenges
Manage
additional
activities which arises from Knowledge Management perspective
Work closely with ops to drive training needs/ refresher training or any other activities where Training team interventions are
required
Qualifications we
seek

you
Minimum qualifications
Graduation/MBA with domain knowledge
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good with leadership management
Good with presentation skills
Good knowledge of usage of Excel, PowerPoint & MS office features
Preferred qualifications
Technical knowledge on power platform, such as PowerApps,
PowerAutomate
, PowerBI
or any automation tool is an added
advantage
Prior
experience in Knowledge Management or Training or L&D role is an added advantage
