We are seeking a results-driven and strategic

Manager

to join our fast-growing fintech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial technology, digital products, and regulatory environments, along with demonstrated leadership skills. This role involves overseeing cross-functional projects, managing key business functions, and driving innovation in our fintech offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and execution of fintech initiatives aligned with business goals. Manage and mentor a team of professionals across [product, operations, risk, compliance, etc.]. Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, legal, and customer support teams. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. Identify and evaluate fintech trends, technologies, and partnerships. Drive customer-centric innovation and deliver seamless financial experiences. Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or tech-driven financial services. Strong understanding of digital payments, lending, neobanking, or investment platforms. Proven leadership and team management experience. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., KYC/AML, PSD2, GDPR, etc.). Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
