Role

As the Manager - PAM Operations you will be part of PAM Team and you will report to Area Manager - PAM The Purpose of this role is to -

1. Manage Parts, Accessories & Oil Business for Hero Moto Corp in the designated geography through a robust & diverse distribution channel of Super Stockiest & Hero Genuine Parts Distributors.

2. Monitor Business KPIs to devise strategies to ensure the achievement of Annual business plan across every channel of the business value chain.

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. KPI Trackers on Parts, Engine Oil, and Accessories Performance for regular monitoring and proactive decision making

2. Assess distributorship on various performance parameters thereby ensuring the adherence of same

3. Monitor and Assess Channel Partners on various performance parameters thereby ensuring the adherence of same

4. Managing parts marketing & BTL activities with the ultimate goal of increasing Hero Genuine Parts, engine oil, and Accessories sales & awareness

As the Manager - PAM Planning , your day will start on strategising and making plans on how to drive revenue growth and maximise it. And providing digital & data support to APSMs & TPSMs

Academic Qualification & Experience

MBA in Marketing / B.Tech

1-2 yrs of experience in Parts/FMCG industry

Experience in sale & distribution is preferred.

Technical Skills/Knowledge

- Knowledge of technical / commercial skills (DMS & SAP)

Channel Management Proficiency in MS Office(Advanced Excel)

Behavioural Skills

- Customer Centricity

Inter-personal relationships/People Management Skills Effective Time Management Business Communication Effective Decision making
