Manager - Partnerships & Tutor Onboarding
tojoin our clients' team in edtechsector. The ideal candidate will collaborate with
universities, colleges, and training institutions
, onboard qualified tutors, and support the overall growth of our EdTech business.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, reach out, and build partnerships with
universities, colleges, and educational institutions
across Canada.
Develop and implement
strategic plans
to grow academic collaborations and learning partnerships.
Lead the
tutor onboarding process
- from outreach and screening to orientation and training.
Manage and optimize
LMS (Learning Management System)
workflows for seamless learning experiences.
Maintain and update
CRM tools
to track leads, partnership status, and communication history.
Collaborate with internal teams on
marketing initiatives
and student-outreach campaigns.
Conduct
market research
to identify partnership opportunities and analyse education trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with academic partners and tutors.
Support
process development and automation
to improve efficiency and engagement.
Provide regular
reports and insights
to management for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Education Management, or related field.
4+ years of experience in
EdTech partnerships, academic relations, or business development
.
Strong understanding of
LMS and CRM platforms
(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Moodle).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives.
Prior experience with
international collaborations
will be a plus.
Passion for education, innovation, and digital learning.
