What You'll Do

Identify and onboard banks and fintech partners Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution Track performance metrics and optimize partnership strategies Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments
What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field 2-4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances Exposure to fintech, banking, or financial services preferred Strong understanding of cooperative banking and credit society ecosystems Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis platforms
