Manager- Partnership & Alliance | JC1117

: Role: Project Manager OR Manager - Partnerships & Alliances
Team Handling – Currently an individual contributor, will build the team along with growth
Key Objectives
1. Identify partners, who can help take our platform to their existing customers
2. Implement the platform to the identified partners
a. Creating the scope of integration with the partners
b. Monitor and escalate (as required), the project end-to-end
3. Develop and grow business with the partners
4. Cross collaborate due to which partners products can also be taken to our customers
Measurable Outcomes
1. Number of partners implemented
2. Number of partner’s customers onboarded
3. Revenue generated from partner’s customers
4. Quality of service offered to partner’s customers
Skills
1. 5 years experience in managing partnerships/ projects
2. Track record of previous multimillion-dollar successful partnerships
3. Prior experience in VAS/ Banking/ Agri-tech partnerships
4. Understanding of agriculture industry
5. Excellent verbal and written communicator
6. Ability to follow up and ensure timely delivery to the partners
7. Ability to internally collaborate with the below teams

d. Market Place
e. On-ground field teams
