What's the Opportunity?
As
Manager, Partner Management
, you will lead a team of specialists who manage our global partner ecosystem across Employer of Record (EOR), Global Payroll, and Visa services. You'll ensure partner excellence, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, while scaling our global capabilities. This is a high-impact role combining people leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop
a team of Partner Specialists managing global vendor relationships across EOR, Visa, and Payroll services.
Own
partner lifecycle management
--from identification, onboarding, performance monitoring, to offboarding or replacement.
Drive
strategic negotiations
with partners to ensure competitive pricing, favorable SLAs, and cost-effective service delivery.
Build a
country-specific partner playbook
and redundancy plan to mitigate risk in key markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Sales, Operations, Product) to align partner performance with business goals.
Track, measure, and report on
partner KPIs
, compliance adherence, and issue resolution frameworks.
Ensure
accurate invoicing, timely payments
, and budget tracking in collaboration with finance and procurement.
Implement scalable processes, documentation standards, and tooling to support a growing partner network.
Serve as
escalation point
for high-priority partner or compliance issues.
What You'll Bring
8-10+ years of experience in global vendor management, partnerships, or operations--preferably in HR Tech, SaaS, EOR, or Payroll domain.
2-4 years of experience in
people management
with a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and grow teams.
Deep understanding of
EOR, global payroll, visa/immigration, and compliance
operations.
Exceptional negotiation, vendor evaluation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical and data-driven with experience managing partner SLAs, escalations, and issue resolution.
Experience working in
hyper-growth, global SaaS/startup environments
is highly preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Proficient in tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, and partner performance dashboards.
