BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (BE)




The Painting manager ensures that all Insulation, painting and coating activities carried out on-site are executed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and industry best practices. They are responsible for ensuring the proper and timely completion of work while maintaining quality standards.


Key responsibilities include conducting coating and painting inspections and ensuring compliance with international standards. The role requires extensive experience in sand and shot blasting, airless spray painting, internal and external pipe coating, and both cold and hot thermal insulation works.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

DME | BE- Mech | Chemical

Experience:

+ Minimum of 13-25 years of experience in Construction, fabrication
+ Experience in managing a team in a high-paced, heavy-industrial setting.

Skills:

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.
+ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse and material handling.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in a fabrication yard environment, including exposure to outdoor elements. * Ability to lift and move materials within safety limits.
