Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Paid Social Manager

The Paid Social Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning and delivery of Genpact's B2B Paid Social campaigns, as a member of Genpact's in-house Paid Media team. This person will create and implement media plans targeted towards clients and prospects in line with Genpact's go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This role will focus largely on Genpact's LinkedIn and YouTube strategy and work in concert with the Heads of Global Paid Media & Global Social on strategy and optimizations.

This role would also interface with Genpact's Talent Paid Media Manager to ensure that we present a consistent brand experience across different audience campaigns. You'll also work closely with other digital subject matter experts within Campaign Strategy, Paid Search, Performance Marketing, Web, SEO, and Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Create a paid social strategy that supports B2B/GTM efforts for Genpact globally, in partnership with Social and Performance Marketing teams Ensure Paid Social budget is planned to meet campaign objectives and optimized based on performance data Review front-end digital and paid social data to provide feedback and recommendations based on best practices Create A/B testing plans to help capture statistically significant insights and optimize performance Review cross-channel creative proposals and provide recommendations on ways to improve based on Genpact's own internal testing, best practices, and channel and geo-specific nuances Communicate strategy, results, and data-driven recommendations to Social, Paid Media, and Campaign Strategy leadership using performance data and insights

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred Experience directly planning, managing, and optimizing paid social campaigns with expertise across LinkedIn & YouTube, preferably within a B2B context Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (written & spoken) An analytical, data-driven mindset with experience using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization (e.g. Domo, MCI, Tableau, Datorama)
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Understanding of the technical aspects of the media industry and media research Highly organized and effective multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and work efficiently in an international environment across multiple time zones
