Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Paid Media, Direct Response Manager (PPC + Partnerships)
The Direct Response Assistant Manager (PPC + Partnerships) sits as part of our in-house paid media team. This role has two focuses: Direct Publisher Partnership management and Paid Search support. This role supports the existing Paid Search Manager and Head of Global Paid Media. You'll also work closely with other digital subject matter experts within Campaign Strategy, Paid Social, Performance Marketing, Web, SEO, and Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Partnerships:

Manage, track, and optimize Direct Publisher Partnerships including Native Ads, Contextual Ads, Content Syndication and Download campaigns in support of Genpact's lead gen and awareness goals Review partner performance insights to ensure Genpact invests in the most effective channels from both a front- and back-end standpoint

Paid Search:

Monitor Paid Search and Direct Response campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies Conduct Paid Search keyword research and update the negative keyword lists Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to regularly refresh Paid Search ad copy and landing pages based on Genpact's evolving product and service portfolio Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, best practices, and algorithm updates, particularly within the context of Generative/Agentic AI and LLMs

Conversion optimization:

Work with the Demand Gen team to understand lead quality and conversion rates through the sales funnel and optimize media plans accordingly.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred Experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, preferably in a B2B environment, with working knowledge of PPC, publisher partnerships, and/or Direct Response campaign management Google Ads Certification Experience working with paid search management tools, such as Skai, Optmyzr or Marin (preferred) Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

An analytical, data-driven mindset with experience using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Highly organized and effective multi-tasker with excellent attention to detail Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and work efficiently in an international environment across multiple time zones
