Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Admissions and Evaluation:
Organizing the admissions process for the application cycle.
Managing review of applications, shortlisting and organizing for interviews (staffing of the panels, scheduling) with prospective students across different cities in the country in close coordination with Faculty and Senior Leaders.
Supporting the due diligence and decision-making process for selection of students.
Planning and executing outreach events in west region, attending career fairs organised by schools and representing Krea at various platforms.
Counselling and guiding students and parents that will help them understand the Krea proposition better.
Engaging with counsellors, parents and students who may need to understand details about Krea University and the undergraduate programme or may have queries around decisions on their candidature.
Data Management and Analysis:
Managing large volumes of data, information, records and ensuring efficient archival of application data.
Setting up and implementing an archiving system to ensure an efficient record-keeping of applicant data.
You are also expected to work on other tasks assigned to you by the management. After your joining, your principal accountabilities and key performance indicators will be determined.
Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
