As Manager in our Manufacturing Intelligence department, you will refer to the Director of Manufacturing Intelligence. You will be part of a management team responsible for ~20 employees in the department.
Your most important responsibility will be the daily management and development of 15-20 employees in our PI Historian team who are all working with implementation the data historian system called AVEVA PI (Previously OSIsoft PI).
You will also be responsible to grow the team in consideration of the overall strategy of the department and the outlook for demand from our customers.

The PI Historian team is an integral part of the Automation and IT organization in NNE, with very close cross disciplinary collaboration. In the Manufacturing Intelligence department, over the last 2\xc2\xbd years, we have grown from 10 to over 50 highly skilled and passionate employees, who work in interdisciplinary teams with exciting projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Our projects range widely from feasibility studies and concept designs to handover of fully operational facilities. The projects span from very large greenfield projects to medium-sized revamp and digitalization projects.

How you might spend your days
As a Manager in Manufacturing Intelligence, you\'ll be working in a cross-disciplinary and co-creative environment, where you\'ll:

• Be responsible for managing 15-20 employees in direct reference, specialized within implementation of Data Historian systems (AVEVA PI)
• Be a member of Manufacturing Intelligence management and participate in defining and implementing our strategic objectives.
• Lead and drive competence development within Manufacturing Intelligence together with the management team
• Collaborate closely with our Office in Denmark where major amount of the engineering is executed.
• Besides your management tasks, you will be participating in projects, to stay in touch with technical developments within the discipline and the NNE way of working.
• We expect this position to consist of 50% management and 50% project work.

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to succeed in this role:

• We imagine you have a MSc. Or B. Tech within IT, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• You have minimum 5 years of experience within pharma/biotech or life science industry.
• You have experience in people management and/or team management.
• You have experience with large engineering projects in the industrial and or life-science sectors, experience in pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• You have experience with GMP, data historian systems, data collection and reporting in the life science industry.
