Job Description

We are looking for a project coordinator for our Green Ammonia Business to be based at Gurgaon office.
Designation: Manager/Senior Manager
The job description of project coordinator is as follows:-
Qualification:-

• Bachelors degree in mechanical/ chemical engineering
• 10+ years experience in Project Management related to Ammonia / Refinery Industry from Owner Side / EPC Contractor Side.
• Solid communication Skills.
• PMP Certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Assist Project Manager in the implementation of the Project Execution Plan at Head office.
• Co-ordinate with engineering team for deliverables.

• Co-ordinate with SCM team for material expediting.
• Participate in Kick off meetings of EPC Contractor, and its sub vendor.

• Participate in weekly review meeting , monthly project review meetings arranged by EPC Contractor.
• Co-ordinate with construction site for drawings and material requirement based on look ahead plan issued by planning team.
• Check and approve monthly invoices of PMC / EPC Contractors.
• Assist Project Manager in day-to-day function.
