Projects and Automation for new & Existing Manufacturing units. Implement Continuous improvement systems in all the plants. Move towards Solarisation of all the manufacturing units
Work on capacity planning considering sales Forecast & Be part of the quality improvement systems
Production Planning in line with sales plan.
Achieve OEE in line with industry standard
Build cost competitive production system utilising application of Tools like 5S, TPM, lean manufacturing, IOT to build culture of cost competitiveness and continuous improvement.
Production with industry standard productivity, Quality, cost, etc.
Preparation of capex and operations budget
Maintain highest safety and hygiene standards to prepare plants to be future ready. Listen and Drive all Health and Safety requirements and initiatives that the Health & Safety team require for best practice and zero harm vision.

Manpower management including permanent and contract labour Ensure all Certifications(Like BIS/ ISO/ Organic etc) required from Customer side and compliances
