Operations- Manager for domestic BPO ( female)
Location :Moti Nagar, Delhi
Shift timings : 10 am to 7 pm ( 6 days working)
Salary : upto 50 k
Qualification ; UG / Graduate
Experience : 1-2 yrs as Asst. Manager Operations in domestic or international BPO.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Streamlining the sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks, and automating repetitive tasks to improve workflow efficiency.
Technology & Tools: Managing and implementing CRM systems (like Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools for data management, reporting, and better sales execution.
Performance & Analytics: Tracking key sales metrics (KPIs), analyzing performance data, creating forecasts, and providing insights to sales leadership for strategic decisions.
Strategy Execution: Translating sales strategy into actionable processes, supporting sales managers, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
