Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our company . The ideal candidate will ensure smooth store operations, maintain high-quality fresh produce standards, optimize supply chain efficiency, and drive profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Operations & Performance:

Oversee daily store operations across multiple locations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Monitor sales performance, stock levels, and wastage control to maximize profitability.
Implement SOPs for store operations, including hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
Work closely with store managers to drive sales, enhance customer experience, and optimize product placement.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure a consistent supply of fresh produce while minimizing shrinkage.
Monitor vendor relationships, pricing, and quality control to ensure the best sourcing practices.
Oversee inventory management to reduce wastage and stockouts, ensuring optimal stock rotation.
Team Leadership & Training:

Lead, train, and motivate store managers and frontline staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
Develop training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
Customer Experience & Quality Assurance:

Ensure high standards of freshness, quality, and food safety across all store locations.
Address customer complaints and feedback promptly to enhance brand reputation.
Implement customer engagement programs and promotions to drive footfall and repeat business.
Financial & Compliance Management:

Analyze sales reports, operational costs, and profit margins to optimize store profitability.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety guidelines, and company policies.
Work with finance teams to manage budgets, control expenses, and improve cost efficiencies.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in Food industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams.
Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain logistics, and retail sales strategies.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
