We are seeking a results-driven Manager - Operations to act as a critical link between the Head Office and our schools, ensuring smooth functioning, timely execution, and continuous improvement in operations.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Coordination

: Act as the operational bridge between Chairman, Director, Principals, and school teams to ensure alignment with institutional goals.

?

Vendor & Procurement Management

: Lead end-to-end vendor engagement, from scouting and negotiation to procurement and timely delivery, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

?

Project Delivery

: Drive completion of key tasks, projects, and initiatives within agreed timelines, maintaining accountability across stakeholders.

?

Operational Excellence

: Anticipate bottlenecks, implement solutions, and enforce systems to enhance efficiency in administration, procurement, and day-to-day school operations.

Data-Driven Decision Making

: Develop and deliver MIS reports and performance dashboards that provide insights, track progress, and enable informed decision-making.

?

Communication & Documentation

: Ensure accurate, timely collation and circulation of minutes, reports, and policy documents across stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

? Strong analytical, planning, and organizational ability with a solution-oriented mindset.

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

? Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining quality and timeliness.

? Ability to identify issues proactively and recommend actionable solutions.
