Job Description

Role Purpose:

Operation Manager of 2050 Healthcare is responsible to manage the day-to-day operations. Ensuring smooth running of the home care/home nursing unit, ensure proper Office Management, and oversee the duties of junior admin/ops staff & frontlines. On over all basis he/she will ensure that all operational functions are runs as per the Sop in region instructed.

Key Deliverables of the Role:



Revenue Planning and Execution:

- Assist in managing budgets to ensure that divisional targets and key performance indicators are met.

- Ensure compliance with 2050 Healthcare Policies and Procedures of Homecare/rehab Services.

- Meets individual and team objectives as determined by the In-Home Care business plan for each financial year.

Daily review and reporting of revenue numbers:

- Implement the organisational change in a systematic and planned approach.

- Ensure clear and ongoing communication and support during the change process.

- Needs to develop problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

Operations and Administration:

- Responsible for Profit and loss of the home care operation.

- Ensure every operational role has the full role clarity with current position descriptions and other workplace tools that are consistent with the organisational responsibility and accountability matrix / delegations.

- Identify and manage significant operational issues and work with the Business development manager to solve the issues of management strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurers, government agencies, and community organizations.

- Represent the organization at industry conferences, seminars, and other networking events.

Ensure delivery of world class Healthcare services:

- Manage and maintain existing and strategic networks and clints with internal and external stakeholders of home care business.

- Need to participate in relevant forums and associations relevant to home care.

Process Optimization:

- Ensure all programs are fully compliant with contractual and legislative requirements and the Aged Care Quality Standards of Home care service.

- Maintain compliance with legislative requirements to ensure a safe workplace through regular monitoring of accident/incident reporting data and trends for home care centre.

- Implement the technology solutions to enhance service delivery of home care services.

Staff Coordination:

- Proven the ability to lead the operation teams to deliver high quality customer service experiences and outcomes for home care service.

- Manage and building a high performing team (including succession planning) with emphasis on training, coaching, engaging and problem resolution.

- Prove change management capability of operational team.

- Continuous the process of improve service quality and clint experience.

- Demonstrate skills in people management including supervision, performance development and performance management.

- Demonstrate level of self-awareness and resilience; and the ability to manage multiple demands and prioritise accordingly.

Doctors, Hospitals (Private & Govt), Nursing Homes, Poly Clinics:

Collaborate with healthcare facilities to build partnerships, sharing resources, and establishing referral networks.

Pharmacies:

Collaborate with pharmacies to establish medication management programs, medication adherence initiatives, and promoting health education.

Ambulances:

Collaborate with ambulance services to ensure timely availability to serve for emergency response and efficient patient transportation.

Radiology and Pathology Centres:

Collaborate with diagnostic canters to share patient information, access to specialized tests, and ensuring efficient reporting and follow-up.

Corporates, Clubs, Hotels, and Embassies:

Collaborate with above to involve and explore healthcare services, wellness programs, and medical consultations to their employees, members, guests, and residents.

Healthcare Consultants, Agencies, NGOs, Skill Development Institutions:

This collaboration can involve knowledge exchange, capacity building programs, and joint initiatives to address healthcare challenges and improve service delivery.

Bachelor's / Master's degree in any Stream.

Domain knowledge & and expertise



In-depth knowledge of sales and business development in healthcare services domain, healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends, Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

General Management Skills



Ability to inspire and lead teams effectively. Familiarity with financial management principles and budgeting processes.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
