Job Description

Qualifications



Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in operations management, preferably within the design or creative industry.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with project management tools and software relevant to the design industry.

Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional projects.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Communication Skills:
