Manage inventory levels, plan replenishment, and prevent stockouts/overstock.
Handle end-to-end order processing and ensure TAT/SLA compliance.
Plan daily/weekly dispatches and coordinate with transporters for timely delivery.
Maintain MIS reports and analyze stock/order/dispatch data using Excel.
Improve processes, ensure SOP compliance, and support audits.
Key Skills
Strong analytics, advanced Excel, ERP/WMS knowledge.
Good understanding of inventory, logistics & dispatch.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Commerce.
3-4 years in inventory/dispatch/order management (FMCG/Retail/E-commerce).
