Operations Manager, Windows and Glass Factory

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our windows and glass manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can manage all aspects of the factory floor, from raw material intake to the final quality inspection of finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.
Manage the supply chain for raw materials, including receiving, quality checks, and inventory management.
Implement and enforce strict quality control standards for all finished goods to ensure they meet company and industry specifications.
Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflows and troubleshoot any operational issues.
Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to and enforcing all safety protocols and regulations.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency-boosting strategies.
Manage and train factory staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to perform their jobs effectively.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in an operations management role within a manufacturing or factory setting.
Strong understanding of quality control processes, supply chain management, and production optimization.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the windows, glass, or a related building materials industry is a plus.
