We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate/Sr. Associate/Manager (Basis experience) for our Talent Acquisition team to support our hiring efforts. This person will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Head to identify, attract, and onboard top-tier talent to help us further our mission in the renewable energy industry, ensuring that we acquire the right talent to drive innovation and growth.


How you will contribute:




Plant Operations:




Manage daily operations and monitor plant performance using SCADA and field systems. Analyse plant data to track generation efficiency, PR (Performance Ratio), CUF, and downtime trends. Implement corrective actions to minimize energy loss and ensure uptime >99%.

Electrical System Oversight:




Operate and maintain PV modules ,1500V DC system, operating & working knowledge of central inverter, 33kV and 132kV switchyard, transformers, RMUs, circuit breakers, CTs/PTs, protection relays, and other high-voltage equipment. Ensure smooth coordination with DISCOM/SLDC for grid synchronization, outage planning, and load dispatch compliance. Conduct periodic testing and maintenance of protection systems.

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance:




Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for inverters, modules, string monitoring units, switchgear, transformers, HT cables, and transmission lines. Attend and troubleshoot faults to restore normal operations with minimal downtime. Maintain and update all maintenance records and reports.

Team Management:




Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and support staff for round-the-clock plant monitoring and maintenance. Assign tasks, review performance, and ensure training and development. Maintain duty rosters for 24x7 plant operations.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:




Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and conduct regular safety audits. Ensure compliance with CEIG, DISCOM, and other regulatory authority requirements. Maintain statutory records like logbooks, inspection checklists, and safety permits.

Asset & Inventory Management:




Monitor and control spare parts inventory for electrical and mechanical components. Ensure availability of critical spares to avoid plant downtime. Maintain asset health logs and replacement history.

Reporting & Documentation:




Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly plant performance reports. Analyse KPI metrics (PR, CUF, downtime, losses) and suggest improvement measures. Handle documentation for internal audits, external inspections, and regulatory submissions.

Ideal Skills for this role include:




Ideal candidate preferred from Chhattisgarh (State Domicile is Preferred) B.Tech./Diploma in Electrical engineering. Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the renewable energy or power sector Minimum 8 years (with 3+ years as Site In-charge for more than 20MW capacity, including HT system up to 132kV in similar role). Sound knowledge of solar PV technology, HT systems, and electrical safety norms Certification in electrical safety, SCADA operation, or project management (PMP) is added advantage. * Must have hands-on experience with 33kV/132kV switchyard operations and grid interface
