Manage and schedule daily field service jobs (AC, Fridge, Washing Machine, etc.).
Monitor technician routes, job allocation, and timely completion.
Ensure SLA adherence for installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
Handle escalations and provide quick resolutions.
Supervise field technicians & support staff.
Conduct daily morning briefings & weekly performance review meetings.
Ensure technicians follow company processes, dress code & customer etiquette.
Ensure customers receive a professional and satisfactory service experience.
Manage customer complaints, refunds, and warranty requests.
Collect feedback and improve service delivery processes.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (preferred).
3+ years experience in field service operations (home appliances/electronics).
Strong leadership, team handling, and conflict management skills.
Good knowledge of technical service processes & escalation handling.
Proficiency in CRM tools, service software, and MS Excel.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume operations.
