Rising Star Outreach of India started in 2004 to work for the upliftment of People Affected by Leprosy. RSOI provides three major activities for these People: 1. Education, 2. Medical, and 3. Colony Development Activities.

Residential schools began to provide education to the children of Persons affected by Leprosy. From 1st Standard to 12th Standard, we have 300 plus students staying in our Residential School. We provide free quality Education, food, and accommodation for Children from a background of leprosy.

Operations Manager:

Rising Star Outreach of India is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee all units across the country. This role demands a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining processes, managing teams, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all operational aspects. Key Accountabilities

Oversee Daily Operations:

Manage day-to-day activities across all units to ensure seamless execution and alignment with the organisation's strategic goals.

Policy & Process Development:

Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Leadership & Team Development:

Build, lead, and support a high-performing management team, fostering alignment with organisational values and a culture of operational excellence.

Financial Oversight:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation to support strategic objectives and maximise financial performance.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure full compliance with legal regulations and uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and organisational integrity.

Government & Agency Liaison:

Direct the liaison team in cultivating strong relationships with government bodies and regulatory agencies at local, regional, and national levels.

EOS Implementation:

Deploy and manage the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to drive clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

Work closely with all departments to ensure operations are aligned with broader organisational objectives and initiatives.

Contract Negotiation & Vendor Management:

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost-efficiency and optimal value.

Travel & Expense Management:

Streamline business travel operations, secure corporate rates, and automate expense reporting in compliance with internal policies.

International Engagement:

Engage with global partners and stakeholders to drive innovation, operational efficiencies, and international success.

Culture & Reputation Management:

Strengthen organisational culture and uphold the organisation's values and reputation among stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Performance & HR Collaboration:

Collaborate with HR to foster a performance-driven environment focused on results, including regular performance reviews, supervisory meetings, and outcome-based assessments.

Requirements and Qualifications

MBA - Project Management/Operations Management from a reputable university/Institute.

Certified Operations Manager (COM) or similar credentials.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management or a related field.

Proven track record in leading teams and managing projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with operations management software and tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
