We are a Defence Artillery manufacturing company with office staff of 22 and shop floor employees 44. We indigenize defence artillery. Factory do production inhouse and sub contract.

Role and responsibility include Overseeing day-to-day business activities. Managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses. Implementing new operational strategies and projects.

Resolving operational challenges and bottlenecks. Liaising with clients, vendors, and senior management.

Candidates shall have skills like Leadership & People Management

Strategic Planning & Problem-Solving, Financial Management & Budgeting, Risk Management & Compliance, Organizational & Communication Skills

Pay: ₹400,000.00 per year
